Register below for the 2026 US DDC Championship — no confirmed partner required. Check the partner board to find a teammate or see who’s already signed up.
Registration
Register for the 2026 US DDC Championship at $20 per person. You do not need a confirmed partner to sign up — choose I’m looking for a partner on the form and your name will appear on the partner board. Already teamed up? Both players register separately and list each other’s names.
Entry fee
$20 per person, whether you have a partner or are still looking for one. If you’re already on a team, both players register and pay separately. Include your name in the Venmo note so we can match your entry.
Payment
After submitting the registration form, send your $20 entry fee via Venmo:
Divisions
- Open — any team of two players
- Women’s — teams of two women
On the form
- Your name and email
- Partner status: I have a partner or I’m looking for a partner
- Partner name — only if you already have one
- Division: Open or Women’s
- Shirt size
Connect your Google Form
Paste your form’s embed URL into GOOGLE_FORM_EMBED_URL near the bottom of this page.
- Create your registration form in Google Forms.
- Click Send → <> (embed) → copy the
srcURL from the iframe code. - Set
GOOGLE_FORM_EMBED_URLto that URL and save.

Register now and select I’m looking for a partner. Check the partner board to find a teammate. Once paired, either player can list the other as their partner.
Already teamed up?
Each player registers and pays individually. Both partners should list each other on the form and select I have a partner.
